We’re off for Christmas with Clan Camino and then further south for a few days on the Alabama coast.
I hope you all eat too much, drink too much, and receive everything you asked for. May you all then be giddy as children and eventually pass out somewhere in the middle of repeated viewings of A Christmas Story on TBS.

I drove near the big city of Atmore, molly. It was difficult to avoid the gravitational pull of such a booming metropolis, but I managed.

i was wrong about the Swedes and their fireworks. the actually put the "sons of the soil" here in the southeast to shame with their total output of "fireworkery" on New Years Eve....spectacular.
